2.1 Using the Website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4.2 Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 10% per month.
4.3 Additional work outside the scope of the agreement will be charged separately at agreed rates.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and cooperation required for the successful delivery of services.
5.2 The Client shall ensure that any information provided is accurate and complete.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1 Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received from the other party secure and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
6.2 Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of this agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 The Website and all its content, including but not limited to text, images, logos and trademarks, are owned by MGPconsultants or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any of the Website's content without our prior written consent.
7.3 Any pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner.
7.4 Deliverables created by Us during the course of providing services shall be owned by the Client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
